A Subscription and Portal can be used independently or in conjunction. A Subscription will automatically email your client new or updated listings that meet their search criteria. A Portal is a personalized MLS website that your client logs into to view listings and provide feedback to better collaborate. The Portal also allows them to start their own searches and easily create Subscriptions from saved searches.
Subscriptions and Portals are similar features. However, they are two separate approaches for your client to view listings. Many members create both a Subscription and Portal for their clients.
