It is a report that you can create to either show the comparable properties to a listing or to find the recommended price of a property according to the comparable properties to that listing. There are three types in Flexmls. Full CMA, Quick CMA, or Statistical CMA.

The Total Bathrooms field combines the number of Full Baths and Half Baths in a property. However, the Total Bathrooms field will only count 0.5 for Half Baths regardless of the number of them.

Using the Polygon Shape in Flexmls

Is your client not getting your subscription emails from Flexmls? Check the Opt-In Status Report. To find the Opt-In Status Report clicking on Menu, under Contacts. It will show which contacts are receiving listing updates via email from their subscriptions.
How to Search Multiple Property Types in Flexmls
While in a Quick Search, you can search by more than one Property Type at once. Choosing the Quick Search Template of 08 All Categories allows you to choose which Property Types to search by.
