Due to the NAR settlement, Metro MLS members must make real estate practice changes starting on August 14, 2024. These changes include the requirement to use written buyer agreements and the removal of commission fields by Metro MLS.

ShowingTime Integration in Flexmls Ending April 8, 2024

Response to NAR’s Settlement of Commission Lawsuits
The National Association of Realtors agreed to pay $418 million in a settlement reached Friday to resolve the commission lawsuits. The settlement would resolve claims against NAR, its members, all Realtor associations and all association-owned MLSs.
