Customize Listing Results Using the Office/Member Search
This blog will walk you through changing the default settings of listings that Flexmls is searching for when viewing another’s listings.
Changing the Start Showing Date for a Delayed Listing
The Delayed listing status is in place to give sellers additional time to prepare their homes for showings. A property can be in Delayed status for up to 21 days. You can extend the start showing date if it does not exceed 21 days, but you can’t make a listing Active before the date indicated in Flexmls.
Showing Service Field Added in Flexmls
You’ll see the Showing Service field in the Main Fields section of Add Listing in Flexmls. You don’t have to make any changes, as the field will default to ShowingTime for now. The field is in anticipation of Aligned Showings replacing ShowingTime later this year.
