CMA means Comparable Market Analysis. It is a report that you can create to either show the comparable properties to a listing or to find the recommended price of a property according to the comparable properties to that listing. There are three types in Flexmls. Full CMA, Quick CMA, or Statistical CMA.

A Subscription and Portal are similar features, but different ways for your client to view listings. It’s up to you and your client which option(s) you choose!
The polygon is for freehand drawing for irregular boundary lines. Using the polygon shape will allow you to see the results that might not be possible by using the search template or filter options alone.
The Expiration Date will show on a listing report, but only if you are logged in as the Listing Agent. The Expiration Date does not show for anyone else.
