Chris Carrillo has served as Metro MLS’s CEO since August 2011. Metro MLS is Wisconsin’s largest MLS, serving over 10,000 members and 10 Realtor associations.

Besides leading Metro MLS, Chris volunteers in various MLS leadership roles in the industry. He actively serves on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. He is also a part of the COVE group, a collaborative effort among MLSs trying to push the industry forward.

In March 2018, Chris and Matt Consalvo (CEO of ARMLS) started Markt, the first non-contiguous joint venture between MLSs. Chris is the CEO of Markt and is an Outside Director for the ARMLS Board of Directors.

Chris founded MLS Aligned, a group of forward-thinking MLSs focused on building industry-leading technology for its over 100,000 MLS subscribers. MLS Aligned was awarded the first runner-up of the Inman Innovator Awards in July 2019 and owns Aligned Showings, a new modern scheduling platform.

Chris served as the 2019 Chairman of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), where he helped form the MLS industry’s future. He also was a Wisconsin Realtors Association Board of Director in 2022-23.

He received the 2019 CMLS Peter Shuttleworth MLS Executive of the Year award. In 2019, Chris attained the highest distinction an MLS executive can achieve, receiving his CMLX3 designation.

Chris is a United States ARMY MP Corp veteran and attended Northern Illinois University.

Nicole Ertl joined Metro MLS as its Executive Administrative Assistant in May 2024. She has an extensive background in providing strong administrative support to business executives. Nicole loves warm weather and everything you can do outside when it’s above 70 degrees!

Dan Zielinski joined Metro MLS as its Marketing and Communications Specialist in 2020. Producing quality, engaging, and informative content across digital and print platforms that help a company accomplish its mission motivates him. Dan enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, and playing tennis. He also is an avid sportswriter, which has consisted of national media outlets quoting his work.

Darnell Wiltz joined Metro MLS as its Product and Training Ambassador in February 2022. Before joining Metro MLS, he worked in public education for 17 years. He also serves as the Waukesha South High School head football coach.

Kamisha Carter joined Metro MLS as a Data Entry Clerk and Rules Administrator in December 2021. One fun fact about Kamisha is that she is the oldest girl of 15 children. She loves to sing, create art and volunteer in her free time. Compassionate, honest and trustworthy are three words she believes describe herself.

Melinda Kuglitsch joined Metro MLS as a Data Entry Clerk and Rules Administrator in January 2021. She previously worked as an international travel agent, sending people on safaris. Outside of work, Melinda enjoys reading, puzzles, walking her dogs, and crafting. Positive, kind, and dedicated are three words she believes describes herself.

Mikyla Chapp joined Markt as a Technical Support Specialist on Dec. 7, 2020. In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, crochet and reading. Mikyla is passionate about providing the best customer service to help members have a quality experience with the MLS. Kind, friendly and fun are three words she believes describe herself.

Jake Lannon has worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Metro MLS since 2016. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also is passionate about weightlifting, home renovation projects, and working on his truck. Perseverant, introvert, and insatiable are three words that he believes describes himself.

Mike Blaha joined Markt as a Software Developer in August 2021. He describes his hobbies as reading and gaming and is passionate about “building things to make life easier.”

Samantha joined Metro MLS as its Director of Risk Management in 2025. Her passion for real estate began in 2012 and continues to flourish, as her experience in property management and commercial lending set a solid foundation for her career as a real estate attorney. In her free time, Samantha loves to cook, listen to music, and watch movies.
