Chris Lambrou currently serves as the CEO of Metro MLS in Milwaukee and has more than 26 years of experience in the multiple listing service industry. Since joining Metro MLS in 2016 as Chief Information Officer, he has led the organization’s modernization efforts, driving technological innovation and optimizing internal operations. In April 2025, he was appointed Interim CEO and then the permanent CEO in December 2025, where he continues to champion a service-first, results-driven approach to leadership.

A recognized thought leader in real estate technology, Lambrou played a key role in the founding of MLS Aligned, a strategic collaboration of six forward-thinking MLSs. He spearheaded the development of Aligned Showings, a modern scheduling platform now serving over 150,000 users nationwide. For his forward-looking contributions, he was named a 2025 RISMedia Newsmaker “Futurist.”

Lambrou’s influence extends beyond Metro MLS. He chairs workgroups for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He serves on the Customer Experience Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. His passion for improving user experiences in real estate technology has also made him a sought-after speaker at events such as Inman, CMLS and RESO, as well as at academic institutions including Northwestern University, New York University, Marquette University and MIT.

Outside of tech, Chris is an accomplished musician, a baseball enthusiast, and, most importantly, the proud father of two. He lives by a guiding principle: surround yourself with good people in an open environment and success will follow.

Dan Zielinski currently serves at Metro MLS’s Director of Broker Outreach, overseeing the organization’s relationships with brokers and association and managing marketing and communications. He joined Metro MLS in 2020. Producing quality, engaging, and informative content across digital and print platforms that help a company accomplish its mission motivates him. Dan enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, and playing tennis. He also is an avid sportswriter, which has consisted of national media outlets quoting his work.

Mikyla Chapp joined Markt as a Technical Support Specialist on Dec. 7, 2020. In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, crochet and reading. Mikyla is passionate about providing the best customer service to help members have a quality experience with the MLS. Kind, friendly and fun are three words she believes describe herself.

Kamisha Carter joined Metro MLS as a Data Entry Clerk and Rules Administrator in December 2021. One fun fact about Kamisha is that she is the oldest girl of 15 children. She loves to sing, create art and volunteer in her free time. Compassionate, honest and trustworthy are three words she believes describe herself.

Jake Lannon has worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Metro MLS since 2016. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also is passionate about weightlifting, home renovation projects, and working on his truck. Perseverant, introvert, and insatiable are three words that he believes describes himself.

Angela Washington-Marshall serves as a Technical Support Analyst at Metro MLS, a position she has held since 2002. Outside of work, Angela occupies her time by reading biographies, watching movies, listing to music, and traveling. Loud, passionate, and humorous are three words she believes describes herself.

Jordyn Willis joined Metro MLS as a Contract Specialist in March of 2026. Jordyn is eager to provide others with a great experience at Metro MLS and is extremely passionate about her work. She is currently pursuing an associate’s in legal studies and aspires to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law. Jordyn enjoys reading, being active, and matcha.

Mike Blaha joined Markt as a Software Developer in August 2021. He describes his hobbies as reading and gaming and is passionate about “building things to make life easier.”
