Are you new to Metro MLS and not sure where to begin? Metro MLS has created this resource page to help new members get started in the right direction. You will find different training videos and resources to help you get the most out of your Metro MLS membership.
GETTING STARTED
You will receive a welcome email with your Flexmls login credentials the morning after you join Metro MLS. After you sign in to Flexmls for the first time, we encourage you to take our online on-demand Orientation Class. Take it at any time and at your own pace. Log in with your Flexmls credentials to take the class.
LISTING POLICY & PROCEDURES
The Multiple Listing Service is more than just a database of available homes. The MLS fosters the spirit of cooperation amongst its members. Data accuracy is important to us, and we want to ensure your listings remain compliant. The video will walk you through the policy and procedures.
ADDING A LISTING
Now that you know the basics of Metro MLS and the listing rules and procedures, you are ready to add a listing. The video will walk you through the steps from start to finish on how to add a listing as the listing agent.
