In the four-county Milwaukee metro area, active listings increased 5.5% and sold listings decreased 6.6% compared to this time last year. The Months of Supply of Inventory increased 12.9% compared to last August.

The Metro MLS office is closed Monday, Sept. 2, for Labor Day. We will have limited services available on Monday, with our Technical Support team available to answer questions on Flexmls, Aligned Showings, Monsoon and RapidStats.
Aligned Showings: Improved Notifications, Reports & More!
Aligned Showings has introduced new filters for the Price Point Analysis Report, feedback notifications for sellers and tenants and improvements to the mobile app this month. Among this year’s top updates are the introduction of a listing activity report, visibility of the buyer’s name to the listing agent and the ability to send unlimited broadcast messages.
