How often can Metro MLS visit my office for training?
Each brokerage may request up to six office visits per year as needed or on a bi-monthly basis. The limit ensures that we can serve our 3,500 offices.
How many agents do I need for an office visit?
There must be a minimum of eight agents for an office visit. An in-person class at Metro MLS headquarters is recommended for smaller groups.
Where will Metro MLS visit?
Office visits may be conducted at a brokers office or at Metro MLS headquarters in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
