APPLICATION TO FRAME A WEBSITE - METRO MLS

APPLICATION TO FRAME PARTICIPANT’S WEBSITE

All requests for new framed websites must be applied for through the web application below. All other forms of application will be rejected and referred to the web application.

Participants, non-Participants and consultant companies can apply for a framed website. If a non-Participant wishes to display listings on their website, the listing display must only be a “frame” of either their Participant’s office website, WiHomes.com or the Realtor.com listing search and subsequent results. Framing means anywhere the search results are displayed, the results are displayed identically to the broker site (all elements, must appear in the same sizes, colors, fonts positions, etc. – when viewing side by side).

Agent Framing Development/Staging URL: Please provide the development or staging URL for the proposed Agent Framing website. This is the temporary, non-public link where the site is built and tested before going live (and will likely differ from the final Agent Website URL listed above). Your technology vendor should be able to provide this link. Failure to provide the URL may delay processing, as Metro MLS uses it to confirm that the property search and results display identically to the brokerage’s approved website, including all elements, sizes, colors, fonts, layout, and positioning.

Consultant Company Managing Data for Brokerage Website

Please note: Typically, the technology consultant used for the Agent Framing website must match the technology consultant for the Approved Brokerage Website URL due to the technology vendor’s access and integration requirements. To avoid processing delays, applicants should confirm with the brokerage and applicable technology vendors before applying.
