Your feedback continues to drive enhancements to Aligned Showings, making the platform easier to use and helping you succeed in your day-to-day business. Here are a few key updates from August.
When you log in, you’ll be prompted to review and approve the updated user agreement, which includes minor changes and resets your previous acceptance.
Ability to request one showing in a Route at a time
When scheduling a Route, users now can request each showing individually or request all showing appointments at once as before. This allows agents more flexibility when requesting appointments in a Route. To request one appointment at a time when scheduling a Route, select the listings for a route and then select the new Request Now button.
Send Broadcast message to past and future showings
Listing agents can now select whether to send a Broadcast message to agents with past approvement appointments, future appointments or both. Select My Listings and then the Broadcast Message icon for the listing. The new checkboxes are at the bottom of the screen.
Expanded information in Appointment History and Messages
The following additional information is now in the Appointment History and Messages to allow a clearer summary of the changes made to an appointment.
- Changing the showing type, such as when a showing is changed from a showing to an appraisal.
- Changing the showing appointment status of a showing after the showing ends, such as from Canceled to Approved. Changing it to Now Show is excluded.
- Scheduling a showing on your listing on behalf of an agent.
Download Activity Report in the Reports menu with new search user interface
The Download Activity Report is available in My Listings, and you can now also find it in the Reports tab with the ability to select criteria to choose the listing and information included in the report. This makes it easier to find when you are looking for all the available reports.
