Customizing your search template in the Monsoon Tax System by Markt allows you to obtain results based on specific criteria you can’t find in the default templates.
A custom search template will allow you to save search fields you use most often, so you don’t have to add them each time you search. Besides the six default search items, you can add over two dozen other search criteria items, such as assessed value, school district, square footage and street direction.
You can change the order of the items in your search template and remove any search criteria that you do not use often.
