Do you have an administrative employee, personal assistant or secretary that needs access to Flexmls? Metro MLS has the Assistant Program available that allows such individuals to perform duties for brokers and agents in Flexmls.
Registered assistants can access Flexmls with their own login credentials. They also have access to the other services provided by the MLS.
As a reminder, Metro MLS members are not allowed to share their login credentials. Signing up an assistant also provides an audit trail if changes are made to a listing.
Assistant Membership Types
| ASSISTANT TYPE | ACCESS LEVEL |
| Agent Assistant | Same level of access as the agent, including access to client contact information. |
| Team Assistant | Access to every Team member’s listings in Flexmls. No access to client information. |
| Office Assistant | Access to every office member’s listings in Flexmls. No access to client information. |
| Company Assistant | Access to listings in Flexmls across multiple offices under the same ownership. No access to client information. |
The assistant fee is $5 per month. You can register an assistant by filling out the application and emailing it to admin@metromls.com.
