The four-county Milwaukee metro area saw continued growth in July. New listings rose 16.3% year over year, while closed sales increased 8.3% and pending sales climbed 12.6%.

The June housing market remained strong, with closed sales up 7%, active listings up 8.6% and pending sales jumping 30.6% year over year.

The Milwaukee-area housing market remained active in May, with both inventory and sales showing year-over-year growth. Active listings increased 9% to 3,138, while closed sales rose 4.1% and pending sales jumped 33.8%, signaling continued buyer demand.

The Milwaukee four-county housing market saw broad gains in April, with new listings up 20.7%, closed sales up 6.9%, and pending sales rising 14.3%.

The March housing market in the Milwaukee metro area showed steady growth, with home prices continuing to rise and inventory improving.

The February housing market in the Milwaukee metro area showed modest price growth and increased inventory compared with a year ago. Homes spent a median of 38 days on the market, slightly longer than last year, suggesting the market remains active but is gradually balancing as inventory grows.

January featured a market with rising prices and improving inventory, but slightly slower sales activity. Median and average sale prices were up year over year and active listings increased.

December data for the Milwaukee metro area’s four-county region shows a tight housing market. Months of supply stayed low at 1.8, prices rose year over year, inventory was flat, sales activity dipped slightly, and homes sold faster with a median 27 days on market.
