Among this year’s top updates are the introduction of a listing activity report, visibility of the buyer’s name to the listing agent and the ability to send unlimited broadcast messages.

Effective immediately, references to compensation, commissions or co-brokerage are prohibited in the MLS and its platforms due to mandated changes by the National Association of Realtors.
