Are you trying to find the tax key for a property you’re adding as a listing in Flexmls? You can quickly access it in just a few steps using one of our tax systems — WIREdata or Monsoon.
Find the Tax Key in WIREdata
WIREdata is our most popular tax system. You can access it by clicking on Tax Information under the Flexmls Menu. The system will then redirect you to WIREdata.
Once you are in the tax system, start by clicking Choose Counties. Select the county your property is located in, and then click Save.
Now you can search by address by clicking Search and then selecting Address.
Select the municipality, and then enter the property’s address in the search fields. Click Search once you are finished.
The property’s Full Report will populate. It will provide you with all relevant property information, including the tax key.
Find the Tax Key in Monsoon
Finding the tax key in Monsoon has fewer steps. In the Flexmls Menu, click on Monsoon under the Taxes section.
Once you are on the Monsoon homepage, type in the property’s address in the search bar. Click the search button.
The property’s tax report will appear, and you can easily copy the tax key.
