CubiCasa is a mobile app that produces detailed and attractive floor plans from a simple five-minute scan of a home. The app requires little training and no extra equipment. It will work with almost any smartphone or tablet you already own. This versatile tool is so easy to use that it’s perfect for agents, appraisers, photographers and everyone in real estate.

How do I sign up for CubiCasa?
You can sign up for CubiCasa using the Metro MLS membership link and the primary email address associated with Flexmls to create the account. You must use the Metro MLS membership link to receive the partnership benefits.
How much does CubiCasa cost?
You can create floor plans for free as part of your Metro MLS membership. However, there are enhanced features you can add for a fee.
What benefits do Metro MLS members receive through CubiCasa?
The partnership provides you with the following benefits:
- Free floor plans with room dimensions and total square footage.
- The ability to edit and customize floor plan outputs to your needs.
- CubiCasa can be used by any photographer you already work with.
- 25% discount on optional add-ons such as fixed furniture, appraisal GLA, rush orders or large homes.
CubiCasa requires no extra equipment and helps to ensure accurate square footage totals on listings in Flexmls.
How should I include a floor plan on my listing in Flexmls?
Floor plans now have their own dedicated media category in Flexmls. When adding or editing a listing, you’ll find a new Floor Plans section. Here is where you can upload your floor plan. This makes it as easy to upload floor plans as it is to add photos.
Can I search Flexmls for listings that include floor plans?
Yes, simply use Additional Search Options in Quick Search to filter them effortlessly.
Can I copy someone else's floor plans created in CubiCasa?
No, you need permission to use a floor plan you didn’t create.
How can I get support for CubiCasa?
CubiCasa offers tech support for the product via a live chat funtionality. CubiCasa also has a knowledge base available if you have any questions.
What happens with my data?
The scan imagery is used for the purposes of generating floorplans and training CubiCasa’s machine learning models to deliver greater accuracy. CubiCasa does not distribute or commercialize the scan imagery and is aligned to the industry best information security practices. For more information, please see their privacy notice.
