If that is your client, Flexmls makes it easy for you to search for available golf course properties. There are currently 60 active golf course properties in Flexmls. To find those properties, go to Flexmls and click on Quick Search in the menu.
Once you are on the search screen, scroll down to Add a Field. In the search box, type Lot Description. You will see “On Golf Course” under Lot Description. Click On Golf Course. Make sure the Lot Description box is checked.
Continue filling out the search template as usual, and all the search results that meet your client’s needs will appear.
