Want your clients to receive listing updates automatically? Creating a Subscription will allow Flexmls to email your client about any new or updated listings that meet their Search criteria.
To create a Subscription, you will need to start by saving a Search. After you have added your client’s desired criteria in a Search, click Save and give it a name.
Next, add a New Contact or select an Existing Contact to setup the Subscription for.
Then, Click Save and Add Subscription.
Choose the Subscription settings that work best for you and your client. Check out our Subscriptions and Portals in Flexmls Online Class for guidance with Subscription settings. Finally, click Save to start sending automatic emails.
