How to Run a Hot Sheet in Flexmls - METRO MLS Blog

Flexmls Hot Sheets give you an easy and efficient way to see recent changes in a specific area, such as new listings and price changes.

You have access to two Hot Sheets – the 24-Hour Hot Sheet and the Custom Hot Sheet. The two options are similar with a few distinct differences.

A 24-Hour Hot Sheet allows you to view all the listings from the last 24 hours. A Custom Hot Sheet gives you the ability to customize your Hot Sheet based on the search criteria you select.

24-Hour Hot Sheet

To access the 24-Hour Hot Sheet, click Menu and search for Hot Sheet on the Flexmls homepage.

Flexmls Hot Sheet Menu

Select the county, MLS and property type you want to search. After selecting your criteria, click Run 24-Hour Hot Sheet.

24-Hour Hot Sheet Criteria

Flexmls will pull a list of events starting from the previous day, exactly 24 hours back from when you run the search. The only time it doesn’t look at the last 24 hours is on Monday. On Mondays, it displays the last 72 hours of listing activity, including updates from Friday and the weekend.

Custom Hot Sheet

If you want more data than just the previous 24 hours, a Custom Hot Sheet is likely the better option for you. Click Menu and search Hot Sheet on the Flexmls homepage to run a Custom Hot Sheet.

You will see the Custom Hot Sheet section below the 24-Hour Hot Sheet fields. Click Custom Hot Sheet Settings.

Custom Hot Sheet Settings

Flexmls gives you the option to set your search parameters, including time period, listing status, property type, price range and location.

Once you select your search criteria, click Run Quick Search Hot Sheet.
