Metro MLS CEO Chris Carrillo stepping down to pursue new opportunity - METRO MLS Blog

Multiple Listing Service Inc. (Metro MLS®) has announced that Chief Executive Officer Chris Carrillo will be stepping down to become the CEO of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems Inc. (NTREIS). Carrillo, who has led Metro MLS with dedication and vision, will continue in his role through mid-May before officially beginning his new position on June 1.

During the transition, the Metro MLS Executive Board will actively guide the organization forward and work diligently to name an interim CEO. Carrillo’s nearly 14 years of leadership have been instrumental in shaping Metro MLS, and the board is focused on ensuring a smooth transition for members and staff.

“We are grateful for Chris Carrillo’s leadership and impact at Metro MLS and wish him the best in his next chapter,” said Joe Horning, Metro MLS Chairman. “The Executive Board is dedicated to maintaining stability and working closely with leadership during this change. Our priority is to select the right interim and permanent CEO to lead us forward.”

Under Carrillo’s leadership, Metro MLS expanded its reach, enhanced its services and strengthened its role as a trusted industry partner. The organization remains committed to innovation and growth, continuing to equip real estate professionals with the tools they need to succeed.
