Metro MLS Unveils Rebrand, New Website - METRO MLS Blog

Metro MLS unveiled a modern rebrand and new user-friendly website on Tuesday. The comprehensive rebrand embodies Metro MLS’s five core values and will provide an even better overall experience for the more than 9,000 members it serves in Wisconsin and the surrounding area.

“We’re thrilled to reveal our refreshed brand. While our look has changed, our core values are the same. We provide accurate, real-time, real estate data, and industry-leading resources that bolster fair housing and help REALTORS® succeed in the marketplace,” Metro MLS CEO Chris Carrillo said.

This is Metro MLS’s first rebrand since its inception in 1962. The new Metro MLS logo pays homage to its previous logo and provides a modern identity with a distinguishable block “M” logo. Besides the new logo, the rebrand entails a supporting theme that incorporates the iconic Milwaukee skyline and other symbolic recreational and farming regions in Wisconsin.

Metro MLS also released a new company slogan, “Real Accurate. Real Time. Real Estate.” This phrase symbolizes the value Metro MLS provides its members and highlights its overall goal of cooperation, compensation, and fair housing in the real estate industry.

“Metro MLS has been fundamental in the Wisconsin real estate market’s success for nearly 60 years, moving the industry forward with proven concepts that pave the way for REALTORS® to thrive. The rebrand respects that. It’s a modern, and fresh brand image that is consistent in Metro MLS’s role in the industry and its future aspirations,” Shorewest REALTORS® President and Metro MLS Chairman Joe Horning said.

The new site is mobile friendly and easier to navigate, regardless of what platform you are using. Members will still have direct access to Flexmls® and WIHomes.com from our website. All the same information, services, and resources also will be available, but now, they will be simpler to access. Plus, the new website will allow us to offer even more information on industry news, services, and trends via “The Metro Word” section.

Members also will have access to remote learning, including an on-demand video library with “Coffee Break” education-driven videos that are 10 minutes or less in length.

Members can now schedule office appointments with Metro MLS Director of Membership Engagement Jared Jamrozy on our website. Members will have the option to report sanctions, give us feedback via the “In My Opinion” section, access online bill pay, and view a list of member support options directly on our new website.
