Moving Offices and Transferring Your Listings

Did you switch offices/companies and are surprised your listings are not showing up under the new office/company?

If you switch offices/companies, i.e., from X Realty to Z Realty, the listings you had at the previous office/company do not automatically transfer with you. We can help, there are a few steps to take to ensure the properties transfer.

Step 1: You’ll first need permission from your former broker to transfer the listings.

Step 2: If they agree to allow you to take the listings with you, that broker must email admin@metromls.com giving the MLS permission to transfer all the listings to your new office/company.

Step 3: In the email, include the MLS #s for each property to be transferred to the new office.
