Do you know you can set your default map area for searching in Flexmls? The Quick Search map will automatically default to a view of the Milwaukee area. If you prefer the map to default to a different area, you can easily change it.
You can set a different default view by going to the Flexmls Menu. In the Preferences section under Menu, click Default Map.
You will see a rectangle of your current default area. To change it, first, find the location you prefer to have as your default area. Once you focus the map on your desired area, click the rectangle drawing tool on the right of the map.
After selecting the drawing tool, click once and drag your mouse out until you reach the area you want your shape to stop. Single-click to finish drawing the shape.
Click Save to confirm the new default area. If at any time you want to return to the original default map, click Reset.
