When completing a Quick Search, you can use relevant date searching to adjust the dates for a specific status for your search. At the moment, Flexmls has a record of over 1 million Sold MLS listings, over 700,000 Expired listings, and a few thousand Pending listings. These figures are constantly changing, and having more control over relevant dates when searching these three statuses further increases your ability to pinpoint what you are looking for.
Using Dates to Search
Click on Status and select the one you would like to use for your search. Underneath Status, click See All and Select Date Range. This will expand your search options by giving you three more date options. Each one correlates with a status.
Be sure you have the correct status selected with your date option. See below to match statuses with date options.
- Pending Date= Pending Status
- Sold Date= Sold Status
- Expire Date= Expired Status
Once you expand your date options, you can either choose a date range or a number of days back (aka relevant date searching). You can switch between these options by clicking on the two tiny arrows.
This feature will allow you to narrow your search so you can find exactly what you’re looking for in Flexmls.
