Using the Polygon Shape in Flexmls - METRO MLS Blog

The Flexmls map can help you customize and save a search in a hard-to-plot geographic area on the map. The polygon shape, located on the Flexmls map toolbar, allows you to focus-in on properties in a specific area. Some examples are near a highway, a specific neighborhood or body water.

The polygon is for freehand drawing for irregular boundary lines. Using the polygon shape will allow you to see the results that might not be possible by using the search template or filter options alone.
