As the end of the year approaches, it’s time to start preparing your year-end reports. Metro MLS offers a variety of resources to guide you through the process, including training classes and online videos.
One of the most popular tools is the My Production Report. This report tracks your individual listing and sales statistics for the year and compares them to the previous year. Here’s how to access and utilize it effectively:
Running the My Production Report
- Log in to Flexmls.
- Go to the Flexmls Menu and click on My Production under the Statistics submenu.
The report provides year-to-date data up to the moment you run it and offers two viewing options. Select the drop-down menu in the top left if you want to change the from year-to-date data (the Current Date option) to a previous year’s data. This button offers a selection up to three previous years.
First is the Quick View, which presents a graph of your personal agent statistics. Second is the Member YTD Report, which includes comprehensive data for agents, offices, companies and the MLS.
This report focuses exclusively on individual members, excluding Teams, but includes statistics from all offices you worked with during the calendar year.
My Production Report vs. Production Report
It’s important to differentiate between the My Production Report and the Production Report:
- My Production Report
- YTD statistics and can be run for the last three years.
- Limited to individual members.
- Production Report
- Can be run for any date range from 1995 to the present.
- Includes prior offices for any time period.
- Can be used by both individual members and Teams.
- Brokers can run this report for any agent currently in their office.
