Aligned Showings makes it easy to add time and date restrictions to listings. This option is important if you have a Delayed listing and want to allow agents to schedule showings in preparation for when it hits the active market.
Note, Aligned Showings refers to Delayed listings as Coming Soon.
Steps to Adding Time/Date Restrictions
1. Select the My Listings section in the Aligned Showings menu. Then, under Listing Status, select Coming Soon to see your properties in Delayed status. You can edit a particular listing by clicking the Pencil icon.
2. Under Listing Setup, select Section 4: Time/Date Restrictions, and click Add Time/Date Restrictions.
3. Make sure to select Specific Dates and Yes for Is this restriction all day?
Click on the dates where no showings can occur. Consult the Delayed Policy and Procedures for additional information. These dates should include the Start Term of Contract Date and run through to the day prior of the Start Showing Date as indicated in Flexmls. Once you are done, click Add Time/Date Restriction, then Done.
