How Does Messaging Work in Aligned Showings? - METRO MLS Blog

Once a showing is requested, the Messages feature becomes your hub for managing appointment details. With Messages, you gain the ability to communicate directly with the Listing Agent. This streamlines the process of approving showings, sending lockbox information and providing additional details for a showing.

A message can be sent to all parties involved in the showing, or you can send a Team Note, which is only visible to members within your team.

Located on the panel to the right of each message, you will find the details of the showing appointment. Here, you have the ability to add or change your Team Members involved in the showing. You can also adjust the date or time of the appointment and include Team Instructions.
