Your feedback continues to shape Aligned Showings. Since February, we’ve introduced over 40 feature updates, making it the go-to showing service for 86% of listings and top brokers in our market.
Aligned Showings has introduced new filters for the Price Point Analysis Report, feedback notifications for sellers and tenants and improvements to the mobile app this month. Among this year’s top updates are the introduction of a listing activity report, visibility of the buyer’s name to the listing agent and the ability to send unlimited broadcast messages.

Metro MLS is discontinuing the integration of ShowingTime into Flexmls effective Friday, April 8, 2024, as our agreement with the ShowingTime platform expires that day.
Do you want to notify all agents who scheduled a showing for one of your listings? The Broadcast option in Aligned Showings is a great way to send an important message to all interested parties in just a few clicks.
Aligned Showings offers multiple ways to cancel a showing in your Calendar or Messages. You can do it via the Calendar or in Messages.
Do you need to reschedule a showing? If the original time you scheduled a showing no longer works for you or your client, Aligned Showings makes rescheduling a showing easy!
Adding a Seller/Tenant: To add seller/tenant involvement, select My Listings from the Aligned Showings navigation menu. Your active listings will display. Click on the Edit button.
