Your feedback continues to drive enhancements in Aligned Showings. Our latest product enhancements include automatic date/time restrictions on Delayed Listings, a listing agent’s ability to override listing restrictions, leave feedback on behalf of showing agents, default listing setup settings, private seller/tenant notes and more! Automatic Date/Time Restricts on Delayed Listings
Aligned Showings can now automatically create time/date restrictions on delayed listings. The listings will only be available for showings beginning on the start showing date entered into Flexmls. If you move the start showing date, you will have to modify the time/date rule in Aligned Showings.
Default Listing Setup
Save time by setting your listing preferences to apply to all new listings. Visit your account Settings, navigate to the System area and complete your Default Listing Setup.
Listing Agent Can Leave Feedback on Behalf of Showing Agent
The listing agent can now fill out a showing feedback survey on behalf of a showing agent. This is useful when feedback is provided to the listing agent directly and the listing agent wants to add the feedback so it is available to the seller/tenant. 
Listing Agent Override Ability
The listing agent can now override any showing restrictions when adding a showing appointment for their own listing. This allows an agent to book a showing on their listing without having to change any restrictions in place. 
Activity Report: Show/Hide Agent Information
The Activity Report now has additional options so the user can choose to include the showing agent name/brokerage, include the phone number or exclude the showing agent details. 
Seller/Tenant Notes
Include private notes you want to remember about your seller or tenant. They will only appear for members of the listing team. 
Photo Added to Feedback Survey
The feedback survey now shows the listing photo at the top of the survey when it is being filled out. This makes it easier for the showing agent to remember the property for which they are submitting feedback.
System Setting Redesign
The System preferences in your Settings has been redesigned to display a menu of options rather than showing all settings on a single page.
Set Time Restriction to 11:59 p.m.
A new end time of 11:59 p.m. has been added to time restrictions. This allows listing agents to set time restrictions anywhere from midnight to 11:59 p.m. Previously, the end time was 11:30 p.m.
Max Feedback Requests
The option to set the maximum number of feedback requests to be sent out has been added to the mobile app.
