We’ve made several updates to Aligned Showings to streamline your workflow and give you deeper insights into your showings. These enhancements will help you save time and work more efficiently within the system.
Here is a look at a few of the recent updates in Aligned Showings:
Ability to manage price reduction and back on market notification emails
Agents can now enable and disable price reduction and back on market notifications. The new toggles are available in Settings under the Profile section. Showing agents can turn on/off receiving price reduction and back on market notices, and listing agents can turn on/off sending price reduction and back on market notices.
Busy Time Graph on Reports listing card
In Reports, a Busy Time Graph now displays to listing agents, giving them a view of how busy their listings are. The graph displays the approved showings for the listing for the last three months by day and by time of day. The default view will be the current day, and other days can be selected from the dropdown or by clicking the arrows. The red bar shows the current time of day.
Mobile App: Contacts button on appointment list
A new Contacts button has been added to the Appointments list in the Calendar in the mobile app. When the button is selected the contacts for the appointment are displayed. This makes the appointment list view more informative and reduces the number of clicks to display the contact information for an appointment.
