Address errors are consistently one of the most common mistakes members make when entering a listing into Flexmls. Now, there’s an easier way to save time and reduce errors. You can automatically populate your address information as you add a listing in Flexmls.
Simply enter the property’s county and tax key in the Address section of Add Listing, then click Populate Tax Data. The system will fill in the rest for you.
It’s that simple. Here’s how to do it.
First, you’ll need the property’s county and tax key. You can find this information in WIREdata or Monsoon. If you’re not sure how to locate it, check out this helpful guide.
Then, in Flexmls, click Add under Add/Change in the Flexmls Menu.
After completing the General tab, click Next to move to the Address tab. Here, enter the county and tax key, then select Populate Tax Data. The system will automatically pull in the information from the tax database, helping you create listings faster and with greater accuracy.
Then, simply continue adding the rest of the listing as you normally would before officially submitting it to the MLS.
