Can You Virtually Stage Your Listing Photos? - METRO MLS Blog

Are you planning on virtually staging your listing photos in the MLS? You can do this, but you must disclose that you have virtually staged the photos in the public remarks section in Flexmls.

Sometimes buyers have a difficult time picturing what their belongings will look like in a vacant home. Virtually staging a vacant property can help draw attention and traffic to the listing and provide a realistic picture of what the house will look like with furniture.

Outside the home, you also can add patio furniture to the backyard. But, you cannot add anything, such as a swimming pool, garage or trees, that is not actually on the property.

Remember, you cannot have branding or watermarks of any kind on your listing photos in the MLS.
