Can an Active Listing Move into Delayed Status? No. If you entered the property as active and it should be delayed, withdraw it immediately and copy the listing and add it as a new listing with the Delayed status set.
Once your seller accepts an offer, you need to change the status to Active with Offer or Pending in Flexmls. These two statuses are similar, but they differ in what the seller and potential buyers can do once an offer is accepted.
