Create custom and detailed reports on a specific area using the new map shapes feature in RapidStats Live. This new option keeps you informed on market trends and allows you to be the subject matter expert when dealing with clients.
Drawing a Shape
Drawing a polygon in RapidStats is like drawing a shape in Flexmls. In RapidStats, under My Map Shapes, click Create New Map Shape to draw a shape around your desired map area. Once you draw a shape, click save and name your shape.
Creating a Report
After saving a shape, select it as a piece of criteria when building a report. You’ll see a toggle switch labelled Show My Map Shapes when viewing a report.
After toggling the option on, the County field will change to Map Shape. Select your desired shape, set additional criteria and click Refresh Report.
