As of July 8, Delayed listings in Metro MLS are now visible in Flexmls Portals and included in Subscription emails.
This update, based on member feedback, enhances efficiency, improves transparency for your clients and ensures Delayed listings display consistently alongside other on-market statuses in Flexmls. All existing rules for Delayed status still apply.
Please note: While showings are not permitted during the Delayed status, you may schedule them in advance for the date the listing becomes Active, as long as it’s on or after the Start Showing Date.
