Online bill pay is safe, secure and preferred. It also is the easiest way for brokers to pay their monthly MLS membership dues to Metro MLS.
To help you pay your dues, we have a step-by-step guide to teach brokers how to access the online bill pay system. Remember, Metro MLS collects monthly MLS dues and not yearly REALTOR® association dues. You will have to contact your REALTOR® association to pay those yearly dues.
Here is how you can access Online Bill Pay in Flexmls:
First, visit MetroMLS.com and click on the Flexmls® tab underneath our “M” logo.
Once you sign into Flexmls®, click on the Menu tab below the Flexmls® logo. You will have to scroll down, where you will find Online Bill Pay underneath the Products section. Click on Online Bill Pay.
We highly encourage you to click on the star on the left side of Online Bill Pay. This will cause Online Bill Pay to appear in the top menu section. You can see below in red where Online Bill Pay will appear if you select it as a favorite. This will make it easier the next time you need to access Online Bill Pay.
Once you click on Online Bill Pay, it will redirect you to the screen below. To pay your monthly Metro MLS dues, click on “Click here to pay Office Invoices.”
If you are not redirected to the page below, make sure you entered your broker’s login credentials into Flexmls®. If you recently reset your password, you will need to delete your browser cookies and cache and restart the login process.
