Another year has passed, and that means it is time for you to prepare your year-end reports. Metro MLS has resources available to help you access the year-end reports you need.
We have videos available, which you can find below, to teach members how to run year-end reports. You also can read about each year-end report and how to access them via our “Year-End Statistics Boot Camp” document.
Video: Most Used Year-End Stats Reports
This video will walk you through the four most used reports in Flexmls®. Here are the four reports highlighted in the video:
- My Production Report: The reports under My Production track your user-specific listing and sales statistics. This section includes the Quick View Report and Member YTD Report.
- Broker Inventory Report: This report generates a snapshot view of all member and office listing activity that falls within a selected time frame.
- Production Report: This report allows you to see an agent’s production or the office’s data as a whole for a specific period or property type.
- Statistical Summaries Report: This report generates a summary of activity in a date range. The report displays these categories: Total, Total List Volume, Median List Price, Average List Price, Total Sold Volume, Average Sold Price, and Sold Price to List Price Ratio.

These are reports you can run to find information on yourself, office or MLS membership as a whole. This video highlights the Statistical Summaries Report, Terms Report, Market Penetration Report, Market Comparison Report, Days on Market Report, Price Range Statistics, and Managerial Statistics.
