Are you having trouble opening the MLS rosters on your Flexmls dashboard? If you are using the Google Chrome web browser, it is likely due to an enabled Adobe extension.
The solution is to disable the extension. It only takes four quick steps to verify the extension is enabled and then deactivate it so you can view the MLS rosters.
Click the kebab menu, also known as the three dots menu, in the top-right corner of the screen.
In the drop-down menu, click Extensions and then Manage Extensions.
You will see the Adobe Acrobat extension. If the toggle switch is blue, it means the extension is enabled. Click on the toggle switch to turn the extension off so it is gray.
Verify you can now open the MLS rosters by going to met.flexmls.com and clicking on the rosters in your MLS dashboard.
