Aligned Showings offers multiple ways to cancel a showing in your Calendar or Messages.
From Your Calendar
Click on the showing you want to cancel and select Cancel Appointment. Additionally, you can click on the More Details tab to cancel the appointment.
After selecting Cancel Appointment, choose an explanation. Click on Cancel and Send to finish your cancelation.
From Your Messages
Click on the message containing your showing information.
Then, under Showing Status, click on Cancel Appointment.
Complete the explanation step and click on Cancel and Send to finish your cancelation.
