How to Withdraw an Active Listing - METRO MLS Blog

Do you have a property in Active listing status that is no longer available for showings? If this is the case, you must move the listing to Withdrawn status.

The Withdrawn status allows for the seller to temporarily stop showings. Days on Market will include the withdrawn time once the listing goes back to Active status.

The seller’s agent can market the property during this time, but no showings of any kind are allowed until the listing moves back to Active status. That includes agent previews, broker opens or public showings.

To move a listing from Active to Withdrawn, follow the steps below.

Once you log in to Flexmls, click Menu. Under the Menu tab, click Change under Add/Change.

On the Change Listing screen, click on the listing you want to withdraw.

You will then see a list of different options for your listing. Under the Status section, click Withdraw Listing (Temporarily).

Then, input the current date on the Withdrawn screen and click Save to confirm the change.
