Are you not seeing some of your listings in the My Listings section of Flexmls? My Listings allows you to view all the listings for which you are the listing agent. But initially, you will only see your Active and Pending listings due to Flexmls’ default settings.
If you want to change the settings to see all your listings, regardless of the listing status, go into the Flexmls Menu and click on General Preferences.
On the General Preferences screen, click on the Listings menu. This is where you can change what listings appear in My Listings based on your selected statuses.
You can select the statues you want to appear in My Listings by changing the toggle switch to on or off. You also can set how many days you want your off-market listings to appear in My Listings. Click Save once you finish.
