The Milwaukee metropolitan area’s four-county real estate market continued to see rising prices in November 2025 compared to November 2024. The median sales price increased 5.8% to $364,900, and the average sales price rose 8.7% to $428,531.
Listings grew 4.7% to 2,840, and months of supply rose 18.4% to 2.7. Buyer activity slowed, with closed sales down 11.6% to 1,055 and pending sales falling 15.4% to 367. The median days on market edged up 8.3% to 26 days.
