Home prices continued to climb in October across the Milwaukee metro area, with the median sales price rising 6.6% year over year to $369,900 and the average price up 9.7% to $437,278. Active listings increased 4.1% to 3,179, while closed sales edged up 1.2% to 1,366.
The market remained tight with 2.3 months of supply, steady from last year, and homes averaged 23 days on the market, up slightly from 22 days a year ago. Pending sales fell 14.1% to 348.
