Starting Wednesday, Nov. 12, the Rooms tab in Flexmls will feature a refreshed, simplified design to make entering room details easier and more intuitive.
You’re required to enter room dimensions for each room added, including the Primary Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen. This change streamlines the process and helps you complete listings faster.
This change also lays the foundation for future enhancements that will automatically populate room information in the Rooms tab.
Primary Bedroom Field Name Change: Beginning Nov. 12, the Master Bedroom field in Flexmls will be updated to Primary Bedroom.
How to Add a Room
When adding a listing, on the Room tab, click the button that says, Add Room.
Simply select the name of the room, level and enter in the dimensions,. Click Add Room to add additional rooms to your listing. You’re required to enter room dimensions for each room added, including the Primary Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen.
Once you add the property’s rooms, click Next to continue to add the listing.
