Due to the NAR settlement, Metro MLS members must make real estate practice changes starting on August 14, 2024. These changes include the requirement to use written buyer agreements and the removal of commission fields in the MLS.
We created a landing page (MetroMLS.com/Settlement) with the new rules, FAQs and more. We will continue to update the page as August 14 approaches.
