Are you not seeing some of your listings in the My Listings section of Flexmls? My Listings allows you to view all the listings for which you are the listing agent. But initially, you will only see your Active and Pending listings.
Metro MLS allows members to report listings errors if they notice a mistake in Flexmls. After a member fills out the form, the listing agent and Metro MLS will receive a report.
Do you want to add an already saved Listing Collection to your client’s portal? You can work on behalf of a client in Flexmls to view, change or add searches and Listing Collections in their portal.
Are you interested in looking up the production of another Metro MLS member? A report on a member’s production can serve as valuable data, and Flexmls allows you to find this data through the Quick Search screen.
Excluded listings and Delayed listings are two different status types but are sometimes used interchangeably by members. What is the difference between the two statuses?
