CMA means Comparable Market Analysis. It is a report that you can create to either show the comparable properties to a listing or to find the recommended price of a property according to the comparable properties to that listing. There are three types in Flexmls. Full CMA, Quick CMA, or Statistical CMA.
When viewing the details of a listing in Flexmls, the Monsoon tax report can be accessed by clicking the Monsoon link located above the property address
View an individual Tax Key #/property address
Click Report a Tax Error at the top of the page, below the address (screenshot above)
Enter a detailed error description in the text box
Click Send Report
The polygon is for freehand drawing for irregular boundary lines. Using the polygon shape will allow you to see the results that might not be possible by using the search template or filter options alone.
Is your client not getting your subscription emails from Flexmls? Check the Opt-In Status Report. To find the Opt-In Status Report clicking on Menu, under Contacts. It will show which contacts are receiving listing updates via email from their subscriptions.
