Is your client looking for a condominium? There are multiple ways to search for condominiums, also called condos, in Flexmls. The most popular way to search for a condo is to change the search template in Quick Search to Condominium.

go to Menu under Search and click CMA. Here you will see a list of previously completed CMAs to access and re-share. You will need to click Edit and on the Finish page you will have the options to View, Download, Save, and E-mail.

When adding a listing in Flexmls, you now will enter the street name and street suffix in separate fields. There is now a Street Name field and a Street Suffix field. The additional field will make data entry easier and eliminate listing errors.
