If checking stats, comparing data and identifying office listing trends is in your area of interest, you may want to learn more about how to create an Office Listing Report.
To generate an Office Listing Report, visit the main Flexmls Menu, then select Office/Member under Search.
Before selecting an office on the upper right, you can select View Listing Options and further customize the desired Transaction Role, Status and Off-Market Dates if needed.
Next, you can search for the Office, Member or Team (if applicable). Search Office, then find the office profile by office name or office ID. Last, click View Office Listings, and Flexmls will direct you to the Office Listing.
Once the listing information is visible, check out the Stats Tab for statistical information on these listings.
